Well Cottage is a 200 year old
Cotswold cottage which has recently been extended to provide comfortable Bed and
Breakfast accommodation with all the latest facilities including en suite shower
rooms with power showers and LCD televisions incorporating Freeview and DVD
players. If you need
to stay in contact with the internet we provide free WiFi access.
We have flat access and a downstairs bedroom with
en-suite wet room which is ideal for those with disabilities.
Well Cottage is in
the village of Ewen, just 3 miles from the Roman town of Cirencester, the
capital of the Cotswolds, within easy access of the M4 and M5 and just 1
mile from Kemble main line railway station. Cheltenham is 20 miles away, Bath 30
miles, Oxford 40 miles and Swindon 15 miles.
Well Cottage is on the
Thames Path and only two miles from the
river's source and on the edge of the
Cotswold Water Park which offers the
opportunity to fish, sail, swim and enjoy beautiful walks.
Equestrian pursuits are well catered for in the
area. The famous three day events at
Gatcombe Park are close
by and Polo is played regularly throughout
the summer at Cirencester Park and the
Beaufort Polo Club at Westonbirt.
