Prices include Full English Breakfast and are per room per night.

Booking

In order to check room availability please telephone us, email us or visit our online booking page,

Check in and Check out times

The normal check in time is after 4:30pm on the day of arrival and the check out time is 10:30am on the day of departure. However, if you wish to arrive early or depart late please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.

We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive without prior notice before the agreed time as we may be busy preparing the rooms. 

Deposits

We will require a deposit of the first night's cost in order to guarantee your booking.

Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the availability of a room unless otherwise notified.  

Payments

Payments may be made by cash, credit/debit card or PayPal.

I am sorry but we are no longer able to accept cheques.

Cancellations

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract.

If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in time we will refund the deposit in full.

If you cancel or amend your booking less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in time you will be liable for the full cost of the accommodation.

We would only cancel your booking if the accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or not acceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
