Prices include Full English Breakfast and are per room per night.

Terms and Conditions


In order to check room availability please telephone us, email us or visit our online booking page.

Please note that we only take bookings for more than one night at weekends between April and September and during Cheltenham Festival in Mid-March.


We cannot accommodate pets or animals except assistance dogs.


We do not normally accept children under 10, but please contact us if you wish to bring them and we may be able to accommodate them.

Check in and Check out times

Check in is between 4:30pm and 9:00pm on the day of arrival and  check out before 10:30am on the day of departure. However, if you wish to arrive or depart outside these times please let us know and we will try to meet your needs.

We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive without prior notice before the agreed time as we may be busy preparing the rooms. 


We will require a deposit of the first night's cost in order to guarantee your booking.

Without a deposit we cannot guarantee the availability of a room unless otherwise notified.  


Payments may be made by cash, credit/debit card (Mastercard, Visa or American Express) or PayPal.

I am sorry but we are no longer able to accept cheques.


Please note that by making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract.

Bookings can be cancelled up to 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check in free of charge

Bookings cancelled less than 1 week before 21:00 on the day of check in will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

We would only cancel your booking if the accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would, however, attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or not acceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the booking. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.

We suggest that you obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover the forfeit of your deposit if you have to cancel your booking due to unexpected circumstances.
